The Long Range Acquisition Estimate (LRAE) acts as an aid for advanced acquisition planning for vendors to gain a better understanding of Office of Naval Research (ONR) requirements. In addition, it is ONR's policy that small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HubZone, veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses receive a fair and equitable share of the contracts awarded by this activity.
The estimate is a tool that helps the small business community market their technology and services to the cognizant components within ONR. ONR's LRAE includes projects of all anticipated actions above $750,000. Download the current LRAE which includes requirements for both ONR HQ and the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL).
